Dealing with Julie Brown from Fog-Off has been a pleasure. None of our local suppliers had even heard of "the heat things you put on a mirror to stop them misting over"! But, once I found the Fog-Off site on the web I was able to get just what we needed. No question was too much trouble - and I was never made to feel silly for asking about how the pads worked and how they would go in our bathroom. Julie even took the time to ring me back and talk person-to-person so he could make sure that I was getting just what I needed. Ordering was a breeze and our products arrived within a couple of days. My e-mails were answered much faster than I had time to read them! I know that the heat pads work as we have never had any condensation on our (large) bathroom mirror and cleaning is a breeze especially as I don't have to deal with the after-effects of hand marks from my family.
