It is extremely convenient to have bathroom mirrors which no longer steam up & are fog free forever. Essington is constantly developing four-star hotels & serviced apartments for which Fog-Off mirror pads are specified.
For us not to include them would be like trying to sell in today’s sophisticated market:
· A new vehicle without a rear window demister.
· A TV set which did not have a remote control.
Heated mirror pads are now a universally design used by major hotel groups, including Hilton and Sheraton, it is not just for the convenience and comfort of the guests. Hotel operators and management groups continually strive to reduce hotel operating costs. Each room is now carefully designed to reduce cleaning times, to attain the maximum number of rooms per shift which a maid can service and cut down on the down time before they can be rented to the next guest.
With the early morning arrival of many international flights, the hotel that can guarantee an AM check in after the previous guests earlier AM departure can secure the business over its competitors who offer a later check in.
According to our surveys the bathrooms are the most labour intensive areas of a guestroom or the family home and heated mirror pads have the following advantages:
